Running scan but not completing

Hi,

I'm running a full scan on my internal MacBook hard drive but the scan doesn't complete, I can't see any errors, and when I check the console it says the scan has never run.

Any ideas?

On 10.8, Sophos version 8.0.14C

TIA :smileyhappy:

  • Hi bobcook - I went looking and found first this in the console:

Then I looked in that directory mentioned in the ReportCrash entry, and there were a LOT of entries in there.  Here's the key line one from the time I was running the scan

    Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '*** -[__NSArrayM insertObject:atIndex:]: object cannot be nil'

So apparently something's definitely dieing.  I didn't find any updates slamming in at those times though.  How can I send you a bunch of these crash reports?
