What does this mean?

Has anyone experienced the following strange message?  Please tell me what it means - where would I find it (Spotlight doesn't help), is it something to be concerned about & what should I do about it?

When I run a Sophos scan I keep getting a message 'Issues detected' even though a 'No threats found' message is displayed above it.  I think this has only started appearing since I updated Sophos to v9.0.1.  The screen shot shows how it actually appears:-

    Thank you very much for your reply, which has solved the mystery and put my mind at rest!

    The 'Issues found' message Sophos have used should definitely be made more understandable, because there must be many other users out there who are equally concerned.
