Sophos stops scanning

Home edition Sophos,  stops scanning about a quater of the way. There is no error message , but it does show a file 'SagaData.dmg' under the 'items remaining' notification.

Anybody had this problem.

    I have the same problem on MBP 2011 & Mac mini 2010. Sophos homa edition full scan seems to stop  with no error message or crash etc simply acts like it hasn't been run. Last item I see being scanned on both machines is a .dmg file but not the same one......coincidence? Any body got any hints to help solve this. I might try and do a custom scan on the individual files and see what happens.
