Sophos Runs for Hours Trying to Remove Troj/Agent-ACOQ

My MacBook Air runs OSX 10.8.4 and has Windows 7 installed in VMWare Fusion.

This morning, with Windows and VMWare NOT running, Sophos flagged "Troj/Agent-ACOQ". It didn't say where it was, and said it could be removed.  I followed the instructions for removal, but after several hours it is still running. 

Is this normal? If not, what should I do about it?

    OK, it has now been running for several days, and it's still reporting that Troj/Agent-ACOQ is present.  To make matters worse, it doesn't list a location for it so I can't remove it manually. 

    Doesn't anyone have a suggestion?
