Sophos Home edition scanning has detected a Mal Phish A virus. To initiate removal in Quarantine Manager it is necessary to "Click the padlock". Clicking the padlock reveals a window requiring a password input.
At no time in the installation process is it necessary to nominate password hence I cannot erase this virus. Please advise.
