I have the free version of Sophos that presents a screen requiring a log in to access the computer.  That screen is frozen.  Not Tab nor enter nor any letters or numbers will be accepted.  I have a Mac with Lion OS.  Suggestions?

    What exactly do you mean by "Sophos... presents a screen requiring a log in"?  Are you saying that after installing SAV, when your computer got to the login screen, it froze and wouldn't take mouse/keyboard input?
