What domains does the Mac free version 8 of sophos use to install and update? We use a registration system they restricts access to certain domains until a computer meets our security policy. Earlier this week I got a report that the free version would not install and complains that it cannot contact sophos.
We allow access to update sites and sophos.com is an allowed domain, I have looked to see if I could identify what domains the installer used and could see that sophosupd.com and sophosupd.net are now contacted, both of which I have authorised. But I still cannot install sophos so i think another domain may be used as well.
Can you please tell me which domains you are now using so I can authorise them.
