Issues detected

A recent full scan reported:  "no threat found"  "issues detected".

Below is a copy of part of the systems log that seems to point to something being amiss.  But I don't understand what it means.

I hope someone can tell me what it means and what I should do about it.

I use 10.9. ( I didn't post under the 10.9 thread because this doesn't seem to be a problem related to the operation of Sophos in relation to a new operating system.)
