    Hello karan,

    apart from the fact that it's endpoint, not end poing, it's not free (at least most of us have to pay for it :smileywink:).  Apart from this there's not much information to work with. The EndUser Protection board has literally hundreds of posts related to failed updates - hard to give a meaningful answer without any details.
