Help with manual clearance

Today after running Sophos antivrus software the quarantine manager showed 5 threats requiring manual clearance:

Mal/FakeAV-DG
OSX/FakeAV-DPU
OSX/FakeAvDI-B
W32/Autorun-BK
Troj/Agent-JEF

How ever I am not able to locate these files. I'll appreciate if you all can guide me with simple, step by step instructions to remove these threats.
