Troj/MyDoomCn-B with no path/filename - can't be cleaned up

Sophos Version 7.3.10C on OS X 10.7.3:

Sophos is reporting Troj/MyDoomCn-B, but no path is shown (after authenticating as adminstrator).

An attempt to clean it up results in Sophos going into an infinte "Cleaning up" dialog.

I'm happy to clean it up manually, but since it gives me no information on where it is, I can't do so.

How can I get this cleaned up?
