Need two Sophos pkgs for Mac/Parallels?

I use Parallels for Mac, a Windows 7 emulator that works great when I need it. What Sophos should I order for both Mac and Windows protection?

    Thanks for responding. Understood your message well enough to be satisfied with one copy of Sophos. Parallels creates a Windows directory on the (mounted) OSX hard drive. Starting Parallels causes Windows to start. Shutting down Parallels causes Windows to shut down. When Parallels is executing, I can see OSX files from inside Windows, and vice versa---and I can drag files between them. FYI.
