Hi,

Trying to uninstall v7.3.3. Went to Library/SAV/Removepkg. Followed directions but the "Running SAV Removal Installer Script" has been spinning for an hour. 

Help??

    If you had an uninstaller in /Library/SAV/Removepkg, you are using the Enterprise product and should be able to contact Sophos technical support or your local IT office.

    However, if you're one of the traditional cases where you used to work/go to school somewhere that installed SAV on your laptop, and now you want to switch to the free version (and so have to uninstall the other one first), you should try downloading and over-installing a trial version from the website and then uninstall that.

    If you're actually attempting to uninstall the Home edition that these forums support, the uninstaller is found in /Applications/Sophos Remove.app.
