Threats found, but not listed in QM

Hello,

I just ran a full system scan and Sophos detected 4 threats. When I pulled up the quarantine manager, there was nothing on the list. I have "delete threat" set when a threat is found. Is the reason there is nothing on the list because the threats got deleted, or is it something to worry about? Any help appreciated.

    Hello Swords,

    if you set cleanup/delete most threats will be removed immediately after detection (this is usually done "asynchronously", i.e. a thread is started to do the removal while scanning continues and if you have QM open you might even see the threat for a short time on the list) so it's normal that the list is empty when the scan has completed. If you check the scan's log it will contain the items found and the actions performed.
