Grey circle with Exclamation mark everywhere

I just installed sophos home mac edition a couple of days ago. Now I'm seeing this exclamation mark on web sites. Certain things like youtube videos are not playing. What's the deal?

It sounds like you might need to update your copy of Adobe Flash Player. It's highly unlikely this is related to Sophos Mac Edition, as you'd be getting an alert dialog if Sophos were blocking anything.
