When I double click on the install file to start the installation a popup winow appears and the program starts to extracting files to temporary folder, and then the window disapears and nothing else happens.
My Sophos install fails to install and theres no error message and I cant seem to locate the files that has been extracted.
Im runnning win7 64bit
I have tried the following:
1. Run the program with administrator priviliges.
2. Move the install file to the desktop and started the install from there.
3. I have also tried to turn off my antivirus program and my software firewall, and turn off windows defender.
