Icon is blue instead of Black

Just downloaded Sophus and scanned my computer and got a successful note on installation 

and that the scan found no infected files. Info says I can tell it is working by the black icon. My 

icon is blue. Is that a problem?

    I was referring to the icon in the Dock. I don't see any icon in the menu bar; but maybe I don't know what is meant by "menu bar".

    To me the menu bar is the top bar on the screen to the right of the apple. Am I wrong?
