I have downloaded a free trial of Sophos before on this computer and it worked. I was so happy that Sophos came out with free software for Macs. I was able to get through the whole installation process, until completion. Then I got a message saying "Install Failed! The following install step failed: run preflight script for Sophos Anti-Virus. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance" :smileysad:Except there is no way to contact Sophos for one on one help.:smileysurprised: Any ideas?! My computer is running so slow, it is kind of old- but in great shape (it is a mac). My mac needs all the help it can get. It is a PowerPC G5 2Gz & 2 MB.
