sloooooow!

Ok - since using this software it seems like my computer is sloooow.  apps take longer to open and things just slowed down.  what is going on?  if this is normal - it is not good.

also found a trojan javascript  on an old powerbook and removed and a malware on a macbook pro - go figure,  

comments welcome.

I have been tempted to go back to not using anything.  way too slow for my needs - esp when the laptops are not the fastest out there either.

    no - you miss my point - it has nothing to do with the scanning - it is the aps that are slow and slow to open and seem to lag since installing sophos....please do not think about the scanning being slow it is my computer since installing sophos.
