SyncServer[534] [110f50] |SyncManager|Warning| removing client com.apple.isync from plan because I couldn't send it a sync alert

A hunch: try launching all four of Address Book, iCal, Mail, Safari. Is anything unusual observed?
Do you have Microsoft Office Entourage present, used or unused?
