Initial scan finds threats but I can't see them when I go to quarantine manager

Initial scan foud 18 'threats' (yikes); however, when I go to view them in the quarantine manager, there's nothing there...

I believe I may have changed my initial setup (pre-scan) from 'log only' to "clean up threat" and "delete threat" as my choices when a threat is found/cleanup fails.

If the quarantine doesn't notify me prior to delete of threats found, where (presume logs- but which ones) can I at least see detailed results of the scan and what was detected?
