Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home Edition return codes

Code  Meaning                         Description
200     OK 
400     Bad Request                Client has issued an invalid or unrecognised request
403     Forbidden                      Failed authentication
410     Gone                               Service discontinued
500     Internal Server Error    Unspecified server error e.g. bug or configuration problem
503     Service Unavailable    Any temporary error condition such as server to busy to handle requests, server has run out of credentials, etc

    Another person with this problem:

    "The installer cannot connect to Sophos, although your Mac appears to be connected to the internet. Please check your network settings and click Continue again."

    ...I'm checking the support forum for more information but after trying the various fixes and having no success I guess I'll just have to give up.
