Unable to clean up OSX/Geonei-A

Hi, I've tried and tried to clean up this threat without success. I've deleted the files, restarted, ran scans and do not seem to be able to clear it. Please can someone help.

So now what? You told us we have a problem and it has prompted that it can not be cleared...so NOW WHAT?
Give us solutions when you state that we have a problem. DOn't just leave us hanging. NOW WHAT???
