Websited blocked but no virus exists

It seems my website is blocked, but there is no issue with the website. My website is longislandelectricbikes.com I listed a screenshot below. Please help me resolve.

I did a couple of weeks ago with no result. I just submitted it again today so hopefully that will do it. Apparently a lot of my customers are blocked

I've only just now tried to go to the link and I can access it OK.

Can you test? Or maybe (from the 'my customers are blocked' part) you never were so maybe ask one of them to try.
