Brontok Virus - Sophos finds it, cleans it & then restart but the virus is still found again

I downloaded the Sophos Virus Removal Tool as i have a Brontok virus. it finds its, says it cleans it and asks to restart. after computer restarts then when the scan runs again it finds Brontok again and this continues. what do i need to do to clean this virus permanently?

your help is much appreciated.

Each time you run the Sophos Virus Removal Tool a log file is updated, this would help us understand your problem with Brontok in more detail. The location of this log can be found at the bottom of this KBA:

Unfortunately you won't be able to attach 'SophosVirusRemovalTool.log' to the forum post, but you will be able to paste it in or include a link from another site that can host it for us.
