JavaScript breach on Mac

I was using my Mac the other day and I accidentally opened a JavaScript file that wasn't anything . I then found that my password to many of my online account have been changed. There is something that is taking my account information on my computer. Will i ever be able to sadly use my computer again?

    You don't say if you have Sophos installed or not.  If so, make sure it is up to date.  Also make sure you are fully up to date with Apple's Software Update.

    After that I suggest running a full scan of your computer to make sure nothing is found.  If you need help with setting up a scan watch this video...
