Troj/Fujif-Gen manual clean up on Mac

Hi,

after 17 years on a MAC I was infected with a file called Troj/Fujif-Gen and my Sopos tells me to clean it up manually.

It's in Quarantine but I can't find any information on how to actually clean it up.
