Mac Sophos Fails to update

I had Sophos when it first came out for macs , The first problem about 5 months ago - which i just unistalled and left it .. I could not update ?? Could not contact primary server at 21:03 on 25 January 2012
com.sophos.autoupdate:     Server was not available

5months later i decide to reinstall and still facing the Same problem .

All port are open , Firewall was OFF . All tryed and failed ??? \
