none of the instructions for moving threats to the custom scan list work for me. Don't know where to go from here.
The files listed appear to be Windows files; I am on a Mac.

I am experiencing the same problem. Because of the flashback trojan, I recently downloaded Sophos for Mac. My Snow Leopard systems were clean, but Lion displayed one threat, Troj/Agent-UZL, targeting Windows. I have searched my computer for the path and filename (Invoice_ID31534.zip) and can find it nowhere. Allegedly, it is located in "Library/Containers," though no library Containers folder exists. Furthermore, none of the "Clean up manually" option tabs that are supposed open with a custom scan do so.
Clearly, I'm a neophyte, but I suspect this is a false positive. Nevertheless, before I "Clear from List," I'd like to hear from the boffins.
Thank you Sandy.
I was finally able to locate and remediate the Trojan manually. The system files where the malware .zip file resided were hidden. Once I ran the required command in Terminal, I was able to access these folders and eliminate the malware.
