Hi all, I've been chasing down an issue for the past couple days and need some help. Sophos detected a threat on my backup drive (I use time machine, imac, lion). I have found out where the threat is located and have done a couple scans on that area. The first time, I chose the "Delete Threat" option but when the scan was done it still said there was 1 threat detected. I did another scan of that area, this time using the "Clean up threat" and move it to a folder. I chose my default folder which was users/shared/infected. This time the log said, "
Failed to clean up threat
Issue moving threat to folder
Is there a place to see what the issue is or better yet, is there a way to get this threat out of my backup?
Thanks for any help you can give! I'm at the end of my internal knowledge base!
