When alerted to a threat from Sophos I have to click the "unlock" icon to enter my password to "Clean Up Threats" - however when I click the unlock icon it won't unlock. I uninstalled Sophos and downloaded a new version but the problem still exists. I'm running OSX Mountain Lion on a Intel based MacBook Pro. Thanks for your help.
