Uninstalling Anti Virus 8.02

Trying to uninstall Anti Virus 8.02 for mac, but I can not uninstall completely.  I tried to re install again, but it does not work neither.

    Did you run Sophos Remove.app to perform the uninstall, or did you attempt to throw individual components in the trash?

    Are you uninstalling the HE version this site supports, or the Enterprise version (different product, different uninstall instructions)?
