Cannot find function pointer error

I see a lot of errors like this in the console:

4/27/12 2:08:27 PMGoogle Chrome[4917]Cannot find function pointer SUMCMPluginFactory for factory C1DF11E5-FD12-45AD-BBE4-EE058CB88A16 in CFBundle/CFPlugIn 0x17a709d0 </Library/Contextual Menu Items/Sophos Anti-Virus.plugin> (not loaded)

The program changes depending on what is active (Outlook, whatever).

If I delete that plugin or uninstall sophos I get this error instead:

4/27/12 1:02:04 PM[0x0-0x30f30f].com.google.Chrome[4917]Fri Apr 27 13:02:04 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Google Chrome Helper[5058] <Error>: doClip: empty path.

I've installed/uninstalled Sophos twice. Any ideas how to fix this?
