threats detected

I am repeatedly getting an alert message stating that two threats have been found. I am given the opportunity to open the quarantine manager. However doing that shows nothing. I am thiniking that this is alerting the same two threats and I suspect it is somethiing in an email but I am unable to determine the source. Any help?

    Hello socalsteve,

    as you posted to the Free tools forum you are probably talking about the Mac HE. In general please be detailed as possible - specify OS and Sophos version used as well as the names of the threats. With that it might be possible to give you an answer without asking for additional information (or to reply with some lengthy general remarks). Note: Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home Edition has a dedicated forum at SophosFreeTalk and there are some threads about dis- and reappearing threats.
