Hi. This has just appeared and I can't seem to get rid of it. Any ideas?

    Mal/FakeAV-IO is a Windows Fake Antivirus product dropped by drive-by website attacks.  You should be able to get rid of it by clearing your web cache and deleting any .exe or dodgy zip files from your default download location.
