I carefully wrote down my Sophos Free Talk Forum user name and password in the past. I have nothing written down for Sophos itself and the screen to update it requires that but it never has before. There is no option to reset password or re-register. What am I to do? My email is info@audaud.com
Sandy is right - I think you need to explain what credentials you're looking for/ what you're looking at/ what you're trying to do. Guessing it could be you're looking for FreeTalk creds, downloader (sophos.com) creds, Sophos AutoUpdate creds.
Do you mean the username/password for Sophos AutoUpdate shown here...
The Mac HE (Home Edition) is pre-programmed with credentials so you wouldn't have received an email or be told them at any point.
If it's some other creds explain further.
