Is using the option to have Sophos delete malware or viruses  after detection a wise option?

    Personally, I only do that on manual cleanup, so that I can have a look first before manually deciding if it should be deleted.

    ps: "manual cleanup" refers to you deciding to delete in a custom scan instead of letting the software do it automatically for you in the default scans.
