Hi,
I am new to sophos and not v tech savvy. I have Macs. After downloading Sophos and scanning my laptop it has detected 32 threats which are showing as needing to manually removed. When I followed the download 'virus removal tool' for (W32/scam-A) it downloaded something for Windows which is not compatable for Macs. Does Sophos have a Mac 'manual removal tool' and is there a step by step instruction list I can use please?
