Sopho unsuccesful on removing a Malware & trojan

As the title say, Sophos was unsucceful a Malware and a Trojan which it name it Mal/ZAccConf-A & Troj/ZAccinf-B. this are the Details that it was found on:

For the Malware show up in two files:

1). C:\Users\Onwer\AppDate\Local{79b4ade0-86a3-3e75-55f8-a79105d77739}\@

2). C:Windows\Installer\{79b4ade0-86a3-3e75-55f8-a79105d77739}\@

while For the Trojan is only one file:

1). C:\Windows\System32\Services.exe

my Opersation System is a Windows Vista 32 Home Edition, i also have avast which it is also detecting except that avast has put an 80000000. before the "@" at the end. i need help in removing it from my computer, they appear after my Microsoft Security Essential ended up with an error 0x80070424.
