I installed Sophos a few days ago and tried to scan 'all local drives' but after about 25% has been completed the scan stops and the window says 'This scan has never been completed'. I have about 3.3 million items to scan and the scan stops with 2.5 or 2.7 million still to go. I have tried this some half dozen times with the same result each time. What can I do now? I am using an iMac with Snow Leopard and have an Intel processor.
