Mac hangs on "Cleaning up threats....."

Sophos tells me that, "the threat can be cleaned up". Afer hitting the Clean Up Threat Button in the Quarantine Manager the program hangs and continues to display Cleaning up threats with the blue barber pole rotating. What gives? What to do?

    I have the same problem on a SOPHOS enterprise edition client. I run Max OSX 10.7.2. The log reads:

    com.sophos.intercheck: 2011-12-05 09:01:45 +0100 Threat: 'Mal/Phish-B' erkannt in
    com.sophos.intercheck: Zugriff auf Datei verweigert

    -> German client. First line basically says that there is no location given for the threat (i.e. no file name). Second line then gives as error message "Access to file denied".
