Alerts pop up every 2 seconds or so. Like almost every one of them are emails:

But it's the ones which aren't emails that are concerning me.
1. I have NO IDEA what I should do because sophos tells me it can't clean up the threats themselves
2. Those ones which aren't emails there, what on earth-- what do I do about those and should I be worried?
