Adware removal

Hi

Adware / PUA is being held in quarantine however my only option is to authorize no clean up option exists in drop down box, Curretly using version 10. any ideas how to remove these items?

    Hello jkr,

    version 10 must be the Windows version - SAV for Mac is 8.0.8.1and doesn't scan for adware/PUAs. You should get support primarily from your site (in addition you could try the SophosTalk forum). Anyway not all items of this category can be cleaned up or deleted using QM, if none of the instructions work you'd have to manually delete/uninstall the items.
