Mobile Security App For Andriod Problem - Phone won't unlock.

I have a Kyocera Event phone. I downloaded the app and am stuck on ICE - the In Case Of Emergency contact screen.

I did a seach and found that many security apps that lock phones have a conflict with the Kyocera. Unfortunatly I checked after, not before.

My alternate number for text to unlock the phone is an international number. I'm in the States, She's in Australia. We tried to use the unlock and disable the app texts codes. The phone notifies me of the text received, but remains locked. I suspect because of country code needed to text.

Does anyone have an answer, or have I bricked my phone?
