I need to remove sophos

Hi I recently purchased a Dell Latitude from eBay and it has something called sophos tamper protection on it I guess IM using a non admin privileged account and I don't know how I can remove the software to install a new security. For one I cant even get rid of these few viruses on the computer and 2 I caint update anything. This is ridiculous can someone please help! i really need to remove this software.

they were already included in the deal or did you contract them later? Anyway, whoever sold it should have removed all non-transferable software prior to that. Licensing questions aside - I'd do a clean OS install (or reset it to the factory image) and not use an existing installation.
