manually clean up

the program has found two spareware files and as I cannot clean up, I am sent to instruction and told to use custom scan to clean it up; i have not idea where to go from here.

--or, you can turn off on-access scanning and just throw the files in the trash, whichever is easier for you. As mentioned in all the cleanup threads, the path to the file is listed in the toggle area at the bottom of the quarantine manager window.
