Troj/VB-CRD message

I just scanned my MAC and the quarantine section lists the Troj/VB-CRD as found. There is no record of this showing, and no one knows about it even SOPHOS data banks. What gives, does any one else have this problem, and how do you get rid of it..

    This is a Windows-based executable written by a Visual Basic trojan generator.  It often shows up named regsvc32.exe, and is known by other AV vendors as Trojan-Downloader or Adware.Vanish.

    You can just delete the file from wherever Quarantine says it is located.  If there's no location given, then it was found somewhere that currently isn't available -- such as an external drive that's been unmounted, or a network share.

    What exactly do you mean by "no record of this showing"?
