Sophos Anti-Rootkit is NOT a standalone product?

Sophos Anti-Rootkit actually installs itself to C:\program files\sophos\sophos anti-rootkit

Why does it mean by standalone product?

I thought it is an portable app.

    You will be able to upgrade to the latest version of the Sophos Anti-Rootkit while the older version is still installed.

    You do not have to register for each tool.  You simply need to create your MySophos login and then use that one account to get each tool.
