Troj/invo-zip can't get rid of it.

On a Mac - Sophos keeps showing this virus in the Quarantine Manager every time I open Evernote but as soon as I click on the Quarantine Manager window the threat disappears. Is there a way to get rid of this?

you are probably using Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home Edition which has a dedicated forum at SophosFreeTalk. If so, please post your question there
