Troj/javaDL-BT Removal on Mac

Did virus scan and Sophos listed above trojan (actually listed twice) along with file name and only gave me a "Clear from list" or "Clean up manually" options only. I attempted the find the file name in Finder but file would not show up. Instructions on Sophos said "create" a cusom scan which also does not work. Any help to delete this trojan file from Mac?

    Solved. I went into the Java cache (users/caches/java/cache) and opened each folder until I found the file that Sophos had listed in Quarantine manager as the one asociated with this virus. Deleted the file and the threat was removed. Did another complete scan and nothing came up.
